• All room rates are per night double occupancy, plus tax.
• Only quiet, well behaved and well supervised children are permitted.
• Additional guests in room: $20 for adult (full breakfast) and $10 for children (mini breakfast).
• Gourmet breakfast included in room rate.
• Check in - 3p.m.
• Check out - 11 a.m.
• High-speed wireless internet available.
• Hair dryers and iron available upon request.
• Two night minimum stay required week of Troy Fair (usually last week of July).
• Sorry, our accommodations are inappropriate for pets.
• For your comfort and pleasure, no smoking is permitted inside the inn.
• We accept cash, checks, MasterCard & VISA.
• 50% deposit required or reservation can be secured with credit card.
• 7 day cancellation policy. We require at least 7 days notice prior to your arrival date or 50% of reservation total will be charged. We are sorry that we cannot be responsible for health issues, travel delays, inclement weather or early departures.
