• All room rates are per night double occupancy, plus tax.
• Children under age 12 are not permitted.
• Additional guests in room: $20 per person.
• Gourmet breakfast is included in the room rate.
• Check in - 3 p.m. or later.
• Check out - 11 a.m. or earlier.
• Free WI-FI high-speed wireless internet available.
• Iron and ironing board are available upon request.
• Two-night minimum stay required the week of Troy Fair (usually the last week of July).
• Sorry, our accommodations are inappropriate for pets.
• For people with mobility concerns, there are steps leading into the inn.
• For your comfort and pleasure, no smoking is permitted inside the inn.
• Preferred method of payment is cash or check.  We also accept debit cards, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
• 50% deposit required or reservation can be secured with credit card. 
• 7 day cancellation policy. We require at least a 7 day notice prior to your arrival date or 50% of reservation total will be charged. Changes or cancellations made less than one day prior to check-in are charged full amount for the first night and 50% for the remaining nights.  No call/No shows are charged 100% of the entire reservation.  We are sorry that we cannot be responsible for health issues, travel delays, inclement weather or early departures.  We are a small business where changes/cancellations greatly affect us.  In the event of a severe weather situation such as a state of emergency, the cancellation fee is waived.
